01
Sound familiar?

The idea's been in your head for a year.

Not because it's bad. Because "build an app" sounds like £40k, six months, and back and forth with an expensive developer. Not anymore. From idea to demo-real in just one day.

02
How it works

Questions

Before you start.

Can't AI do this for free?
It can get you something. It can't get you something that looks fundable. The difference between "knocked out in an afternoon" and "walks into a room and holds up" is twenty years of making Nike and Barclays look like they meant it. That's the £750.
Is it a real app?
It's a real demo. One core journey, five to six screens, working in your browser with realistic data. Enough to test it, pitch it, and decide — before anyone spends £40k finding out.
What do you need from me?
Your app in a sentence. Anything else helps — sketches, notes, a voice memo — but the sentence is enough.
What if I want the real thing after?
Then the demo already did its job. Real builds are quoted separately, and you'll be quoting from proof, not a hunch.
Is my idea safe with you?
Yes. It stays confidential, and I'll sign an NDA on request. Your idea is yours.
How does it work — and how do I pay?
It starts with a free 15-minute call. You tell me the idea, I tell you honestly if I can make it land. If we're a fit, it's £350 to start and I build it; you pay the rest only when you're happy, and I send the finished thing over. £750 all-in.
What if it's not a fit?
Then I'll tell you on the call, before a penny changes hands. I only take on ideas I can do justice to.
What if I don't like the result?
You see it before you pay the balance — I only send the finished files once you're happy. And I don't hand over work I'm not proud of.
How do I get it?
However suits you — a private link, a QR code to open on your phone, or clean JPEGs for a deck.
Who owns it?
You do. No lock-in, no strings.
Do I need to know anything technical?
Nothing. You talk, I build. No tools to learn, nothing to install.
Who's behind nappkn?
Me — Michael Ruocco. Twenty years making billion-pound brands look like they meant it: Nike, Shell, BP, the National Lottery, Barclays, John Lewis. nappkn is one person, and that eye is now on your idea.
